University, and graduated with dual degrees in Exercise Science and Dietetics. Growing up, she was always involved in competitive sports, so when the time came to pursue a training certification, she chose to be a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Danielle has been part of the OTF family since 2013, originally as a sales associate, and later a coach, and now as the head trainer at both the Central Boca Raton and West Delray Beach studios. She has a Master's in Public Health from Nova Southeastern University with plans to become a Registered Dietitian. Her long instilled passion for physical fitness and holistic nutrition is what lead her to OTF, and nothing brings her greater satisfaction to share these with people on a daily basis. "I am blessed to be part of the Orange family. It is my platform to change the world."
My love and passion for sports motivated me to become a personal trainer. I was an avid soccer and tennis player in high school and a competitive swimmer during the summers. Throughout my college years I taught swim and tennis lessons. It was the best feeling ever to watch someone learn and grow in the sport. I've always been very active my whole life and I love the feeling of being strong, energetic and at my physical best, so I chose to live out that passion in helping others achieve a healthy lifestyle. I got my personal training certification through NASM and studied fitness nutrition along with performance training and proper technique and form. I love the Orangetheory workout and truly believe it can change people's bodies and minds for the better! I'm always trying to push my clients to go 100% and give more each class! "Train insane or remain the same" :)
